Description

Headless manual
When you detach your head for longer periods of time, your sense of balance may be affected. It's normal to momentarily feel weightless or loose the sense of the position of your body for a few minutes at a time. However if you experience this often, stretching or excercising should minimize the phenomenon (Fig. 1).

A few sit-ups is all that's needed to reset your artificial center of spatial orientation. Make sure to dedicate at least 5 minutes a day to physical excercise.

Remember!
Reattach your head at least once a month for a night. If you leave it detached for more than 3 months, you may have difficulties adjusting to having a head again. Always take it with you if you leave for longer vacations. Leaving your head detached for more than 6 months may result in your body rejecting the head. If this happens, please make sure to bring your head to the nearest collection center for safe disposal.
